Entry to this competition is £35 per pair ( payable before the end of June) that includes a one course carvery and prizes.

 This can be paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Payments by cash or cheque (if cheque payee is "Forest Hills Golf Club Committee"), please place the cash or cheque in an envelope clearly labeling with your name, amount and what it is for  in the competitions box. By bank transfer to Forest Hills Golf Club Committee, sort code 30 95 29, account number  01212502,  please reference with your name and MG. 

Details on prizes will follow later and there will also be a raffle on the day.

Sign-up is now open. If you don't yet know your guests name, just call him/her 'anonymous' or any other name and that will allow you to enter a tee time.

On the day there will be 2 competitions, one with WHS handicaps and he other where your guest does not have a WHS handicap, prior to the event, we will need you to provide details of your guest, including CDH number and home club, if applicable.
